As a certified life and mindset coach, I have come to understand that one of the biggest challenges that people face in achieving their goals is the presence of limiting beliefs. These beliefs are deeply rooted in our subconscious and can be traced back to early childhood experiences. They often prevent us from achieving our full potential by limiting our faith in ourselves and what we can accomplish.
