As a Spiritual Life Coach I take into account the balance of all three aspects of life: Body, Mind, and Spirit.
Body - The state of the physical level or physical body
Mind - The state of the mind.
Spirit - The journey of Life.
Although we are all on our spiritual journeys, many of us may not realize it.
Hence, I support clients to develop or deepen their spiritual practice according to their own religious backgrounds, beliefs, or faiths.
